RESERVING THE STUDIO:

100% refundable (see Cancellation policy below) deposit necessary to secure rental reservation. All reservations on "first come, first serve" basis, only 100% deposit secures reservation.

STILL PHOTOGRAPHY RATES:

All rates quoted anywhere on this website are for print photography only! All Studio Rentals for Video, Film, Events or the Rooftop must be negotiated separately on a per case basis.

Daily print rates based on a 9 hour day from 8:00am to 6pm weekdays. After 9 hours or after 6pm to 9pm billable @ 1 ½ times the specified hourly rate per hour. Before 8:00am or after 9pm @ 2 times the specified hourly rate per hour.

Saturday print rates based on an 8 hour day from 9:30am to 5:30pm. After 8 hours or before 9:30am or after 5:30pm rate will be @ 1 ½ times the specified hourly rate per hour and 2 ½ times specified hourly rate before 7:30am or after 9:30pm and @ 3 times the specified hourly rate thereafter.

Sunday print rates are based on 7 hour day from 10am to 5pm. After 7 hours or before 10am or after 5pm @ 1 ½ times the specified hourly rate per hour until 7pm and @ 2 ½ times the specified hourly rate 7-9pm. @3 times the specified hourly rate per hour thereafter.

Client must specify "weather permit" at the time of the booking. Type of weather must be specified. A "holdover" day must be specified at time of booking and must be at least 2 days after original booking day. At the first cancellation due to weather, half the fee is charged if not rescheduled within 7 days of the original booking date. At the second cancellation, the full fee will be charged. Notification of cancellation due to weather must be received by the Studio no less than 2 hours prior to originally scheduled booking time. Commencement of shooting denotes a "booked" day.

OTHER RATES:

Individually negotiated rates are available for film, video and events. All rates are negotiable for multiple-day rental and/or repeat clients.

Photography Consultation available for additional fee.

CONTRACT:

Rental contract containing acknowledgment that Studio Rules have been read and accepted, must be initialed, signed and faxed to the studio prior to booking date. 100% deposit must accompany rental contract. Renter must also provide a Liability Insurance Certificate.

PAYMENT:

Full payment, including applicable sales tax and a refundable $50 cleaning deposit, will be due prior to shooting. You will be issued a refund of the Sales Tax upon presentation of a valid resale certificate at time of booking. NY Resale Certificate Cash, certified checks, major credit card or PayPal accepted. PayPal is a reliable, safe and secure method of paying via credit card. Or call studio to use a major credit card via phone.* *10% of full rental fee non-refundable processing fee with cancellation when using any credit card. 5% of full rental fee non-refundable processing fee with cancellation when using other payment methods.

CANCELLATION:

48 hours notice prior to booking date:	100% of rental
72 hours notice prior to booking date:	50% of rental
1 week prior to booking date:	No charge
Any portion of a CONFIRMED BOOKING:	50%

EXTRA CHARGES:

$50 refundable cleaning deposit required. Disposal of large amounts of garbage due to large sets: $75(minimum) and up. Electrical fee for use of Hot Lights $75 per day additional. Additional equipment available on EQUIPMENT RENTAL page. Secure storage space available for nominal fee. Digital facilities including tech support available. Long distance calls and directory information.

All pre/post-shoot days wait time for Studio personnel (i.e. wait time for delivery of props, equipment, etc.), as well as post-shoot day wait time for pick-ups will be charged by the hour at 25% of the negotiated booking day rate. Any use of Studio personnel to facilitate delivery or return will be charged @ $20 per hour.

Prep &/or Breakdown days to be negotiated prior to booking.

All Studio Props are on a per-day rental basis only.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Renter will leave studio clean and neat just as they found it, furniture put back, all lights, sound system and equipment off. If not, $50.00 cleaning deposit will not be refunded.

Renter also agrees that if any equipment, furniture, fixtures, etc. are mishandled, broken, ruined or stolen while renter is using the studio that they will replace and all items or pay repair/replacement costs within 96 hours.

All modeling lights are to be turned off when not in use.

Items left after 7 days will be assumed abandoned and will be discarded.
