| All rates quoted anywhere on this website are for
print photography only! All Studio Rentals for Video, Film, Events or the Rooftop must be negotiated separately on a per case basis. |
| 100% refundable (Cancellation policy) deposit necessary to secure rental reservation. All reservations on "first come, first serve" basis, only 100% deposit secures reservation. |
| Daily print rates based on 9 hour day between 8:00am to 6pm weekdays. After 9 hours or after 6pm to 8pm @ 1 ½ times the specified hourly rate per hour. Before 8:00am or after 8pm-11pm @ 2 times the specified hourly rate. per hour. After 11pm to be negotiated. |
| Saturday print rates based on 8 hour day between 9:30am to 5:30pm are 50% above
Daily rates. After 8 hours or before 9:30am or after 5:30pm @ 1 ½ times the specified hourly rate per hour until 7:30pm and @ 2 times the specified hourly rate per hour. Before 9:30am or after 9:30pm @ 2 ½ times the specified hourly rate per hour. After 9:30pm to be negotiated. |
| Sunday print rates are based on 7 hour day between 10am to 5pm are 100% above Daily rates. After 7 hours or before 10am or after 5pm @ 1 ½ times the specified hourly rate per hour until 7pm and @ 2 times the specified hourly rate per hour 7-9pm. 2 ½ times the specified hourly rate per hour thereafter. |
| Electrical fee for use of Hot Lights $75 per day additional. |
| 50% fee will be charged for cancellation within 72 hours of booking.* |
| Disposal of large amounts of garbage or set elements: $75 minimum, large amounts of garbage/sets $100. |
| Secure storage space available for nominal fee. |
| Digital facilities including tech support available. |
| Individually negotiated rates are available for film, video and events. |
| All rates are negotiable for multiple-day rental and/or repeat clients. |
| *10% of full fee non-refundable processing fee with cancellation when using any credit card. 5% of full fee non-refundable processing fee with cancellation when using other payment methods. |
| NY Sales Tax is automatically charged. You will be issued a refund of the Sales Tax upon presentation of a valid resale certificate at time of booking. NY Resale Certificate |
